Orders placed before 10:00 AM (Monday to Friday) will typically be packed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 1 business day for Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, and most major metropolitan areas.
  • 1–2 business days for Cape Town and surrounding regions.
  • 2–4 business days for outlying or remote areas.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.
