  Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days in major areas and 2–4 business days in outlying regions. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

• How much does shipping cost?

  We offer free standard shipping on orders over R799. For orders under R799, standard shipping is R75.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

• What is your return policy?

  We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition they were received.

• How do I return an item?

• When will I receive my refund?

  Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Are there any items that cannot be returned?
